P3 builds the first italian BTS warehouse for Lamborghini and Ducati
The event for the inauguration of the new logistics hub is signed Canali&C.
P3 Logistic Parks, a company specialising in the acquisition, development and management of Europe’s leading logistics properties, is celebrating the delivery of the first BTS (Built to Suit) warehouse in Italy to Lamborghini and Ducati with an event designed ad hoc by the Unconventional Unit of Canali&C.
The new logistics structure will be the storage and distribution centre for the two Emilian brands that have established themselves as world leaders in the automotive sector.
For a few hours Canali&C has transformed an extremely technical and technological location into an elegant and chic place.
A luxury open-air showroom with 300 square meters of outdoor space in front of the warehouse equipped with tensile structures and a self-supporting backdrop wall built ad hoc PVC light a length of 6 meters. Red carpeting on the ground to enhance the cars and motorcycles on display, catering of the highest level, combined with optimal management of time, logistics and staff have contributed to the perfect success of the event.
180 personalities, institutional positions and the best players in the national and international real estate market attended the inauguration.
“It’s always a privilege and a surprise to work with and for Brand of such high resonance. We are delighted with the positive feedback and the result achieved. We look forward to working with them on even more ambitious projects. Added Carlo Maria Canali and Sara Bellei, Unconventional Unit Managers of Canali&C.
The collaboration of NIC, a consolidated partner of the Agency, which has managed the entire press office, was also valuable.
“The key to the success of this event was the perfect synergy between all the stakeholders involved. Today logistics is one of the most important sectors of the Italian economy and P3, historical customer of NIC, is a very important player in the sector. Given the success and consensus obtained, P3 has decided to make the event Lamboghini-Ducati a case history that becomes a benchmark at European level,” concluded Paola Nicolai, Managing Director & Founder of NIC.
