Canali&C obtains ISO 9001 certification

Important recognition for the quality of the Agency’s work and organisational procedures.

Canali&C, a full-service communication and marketing agency, obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification issued by DNV (Det Norske Veritas), a leading international body in the sector, on 14 May 2018.

The DVN technicians carried out an in-depth analysis at the agency’s operating place in Reggio Emilia and Milan. Workflows, management of activities among the various Units, organization and archiving of documents, control systems: every aspect of the work has been investigated, with a totally positive final outcome. DNV has established the compliance of the agency with all the requirements of the standard, awarding it the certification in the field of Real Marketing Solutions.

Canali&C has embraced the concept of risk based thinking as the primary element from which to start organizing its management system. The entire project was carried out with a view to continuous improvement, ongoing staff training and transparency in internal and external communication processes.
